How long does it take to review my answers?

The practitioners working on the Moshy platform aim to get back to everyone within 48 hours. A lot of practitioner on the platform work with Moshy between and outside their own clinic times so you can get a recommendation at any time during the day.

If you have not heard from the practitioner within this timeframe, please reach out to our Customer Care team and we'll follow up with the practitioner.
