# Preparing for an appointment

To ensure you have a great experience with your health practitioner, ahead of your appointment:

- Make sure you have noted the date and time of your appointment so that you don’t miss it! You can find this information in your [Moshy portal](https://app.getmoshy.com.au/users/sign_in) and in your emails. See [What happens if I miss my appointment?](https://support.getMoshy.com.au/Moshy/missing-an-appointment)
- Make sure you have a strong, private internet connection.
- Make sure you’re in a quiet place with minimal distractions and background noise.
- Your privacy is paramount - try to find a private place for the appointment, and put in some headphones if necessary.
- Optional: have a device or pen and paper nearby to take notes if you wish.
