# I have a general medical question about my treatment

You can contact the medical team via the Moshy App or [Moshy Portal](https://app.getmoshy.com.au/medical_support) in browser.

Our team of nurses are available to triage any of your medical questions and connect you with a doctor if required. 

To contact medical support via the App, click on the "**Support**" tab at the bottom right of the App, and select "**Medical advice, side effects or results**".👇
