Select **“Track Orders.”** You’ll see a list of everything you've ordered. 3. Click **“track order”** underneath the item you're looking for! Email & SMS Notifications ✉️ - **Heads up!** It takes the pharmacy about **3–4 business days** to prepare your order for shipment. - Once your order is on its way with our [delivery partner](https://support.getmoshy.com/moshy/delivery-partners?hsLang=en), we’ll send you an **email or SMS** with your tracking information! 🎉 **A Quick Note:** The tracking link can sometimes take up to **24 hours** to become fully active after you receive the notification.
