# When will I receive my order? (First time prescription treatments)

#### For first-time prescription treatments, there are a number of steps your order must go through for it to reach your doorstep.

 

**Step 1: Practitioner writes your script:** After you have finished your consents and accepted your plan, your practitioner will aim to write a script within 1 business day.

**Step 2: Practitioner sends your script to a partner pharmacy:** Your script is sent to a partner pharmacy within the same business day.

**Step 3: Partner pharmacy dispenses your treatment**

**Step 4: Delivery partner picks up your treatment.**
