What happens if I miss my appointment?

Missing a doctor appointment:

If you booked a video consultation and you miss it, you will need to book a new consultation. We will send you an email with a link to your Portal to book a new appointment.

If the rebooking notification does not appear on your Moshy Portal, please reach out to our Customer Care Team.
