# Is Moshy a subscription service?

Yes. Our treatment programs are subscription plans, meaning that as long as you have a valid script, we work with partner pharmacies to provide an auto refill service so you never run out of medication. If you have too much treatment or need a break, you can pause and unpause at any time - however we encourage you to always touch base with a practitioner beforehand. You can do this via the [**Medical Care**](https://app.moshy.co.nz/medical_support) section of your Moshy portal.
