# How does Moshy use AI to help you?

When you message us, your first reply will often come from Mo, our friendly AI assistant! Mo replies straight away, any time of day, so you’re not left waiting in a queue for common questions.

**What Mo can help with 🤖**  
Mo can track your order, explain how your plan and deliveries work, change your billing date, and help with certain refunds and cancellations (if eligible).

**What Mo doesn’t do 🩺**  
Mo doesn’t make medical decisions. Your treatment is always prescribed and reviewed by a NZ-registered practitioner. For anything health-related, please [contact our medical team](https://www.moshy.co.nz/medical_support).

**Want to talk to a person? 🙋**  
Just ask Mo to connect you with our customer care team. If Mo can’t help with your query, it’ll pass it on to them too. Our team aims to reply within 1–2 business days.

Mo can make mistakes, so if an answer doesn’t seem right, ask to speak to our team.

Mo uses your messages, plus the account and order details it needs to help with your query. Please don’t share medical details with Mo.
