When will I receive my order? (First time prescription treatments)

For first-time prescription treatments, there are a number of steps your order must go through for it to reach your doorstep.

Step 1: Practitioner writes your script: After you have finished your consents and accepted your plan, your practitioner will aim to write a script within 1 business day.

Step 2: Practitioner sends your script to a partner clinic: Your script is sent to a partner clinic within the same business day.

Step 3: Partner clinic dispenses your treatment

Step 4: Delivery partner picks up your treatment.
