# What happens if I miss my appointment?
**Missing a doctor appointment:**
If you booked a video consultation and you miss it, you will need to book a new consultation. We will send you an email with a link to [your Portal](https://app.getmoshy.com.my/notifications) to book a new appointment.
If the rebooking notification does not appear on your Moshy Portal, please reach out to our Customer Care Team.
